Alba Talent · Scott's map
We are not a marketing agency. We show the full line, then fix the first break.
The caller goes through at what they cost us. The margin is on the dialer and the data. The money is in the closer.
The platform
Ten desks, four movements. Seven feed the close, two keep what it wins.
The founder trap
The leak is not lead volume. It is who picks up the meeting.
The map

Starter, half two · LinkedIn
Plenty are not.
They look at your profile. They look at your last post. Then they decide whether you are worth ten minutes. The post is what they find.
Your post > their feed, delivered by software > a person answers
25 a day, on a seat licensed in your name. A person handles every reply.
We pay for the best LinkedIn tool we could find. The seat is yours, so the account at risk is yours. We say it here, not in a footnote.
Starter, half one · Cold Email
Your domain
yourcompany.comKeeps taking the mail your customers send you. Nothing in the estate is joined to it.
The sending estate
Ours. Bought, warmed, retired.
Sending domains we register, own and retire. Never yours.
Burn detection on every inbox. A burned one is swapped out.
Volume comes from the size of the estate, never from pushing an inbox.
The live email goes to a seeded panel and we read where it lands. Not landing, no list.
Runs under your brand. Your approved copy, three touches, nothing sent you have not read.
Illustrative. The estate is sized to the volume.
One catch: inboxes warm two to three weeks.
A target of three touches to 10,000 new people a month. Terms 3.9 calls it a target. Every reply is read by a person.
Growth · Cold Calling
16.7%reached a human across98,518dials, 18 May to 11 August 2026.
Markup on the caller: $0.00Our margin sits on the dialer, $299, and the data, $299. We say so.
A local number on their screen. A trained person on the line. The margin printed, not hidden.
The connect rate is one we measured, not one we promise. Conversations, never meetings.
Station 03 · Own the handoff
Under ten minutes in business hours is a target, not a promise. A reply at nine at night waits at the front of the queue until morning, because nine at night is when people get spam calls and we are not going to be one of them. Qualified against your script, booked into your calendar with the notes attached.
Green bubble is spam. Blue bubble is a person, and the first one carries your two minute video. We do not publish a show-rate lift. Android gets the SMS fallback.
One reason for two prices: standalone we build it from nothing, and it is the same price on Starter or Growth. The $1,000 needs the five Everything channels, texting or no texting, because by then we are already inside your stack every day. Works with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close and Attio.
Ask 02When they reply, who picks up the phone?
Station 04 · The people
No outcome captions. You hear what the prospect heard. More real calls on albatalent.io/cold-calling.
Phase 2 · The part we make money on
They do not have one for us.
Paid from what they collect. Terms agreed at placement. You pay nothing for the closer's time. Not hours worked, not results attempted, not activity performed, which is Section 2.2 of the placement agreement and not a sentence we wrote for a slide. If they do not work out we replace them at no additional cost, Section 2.3. If we have not fixed it inside fifteen business days you can terminate on the spot, Section 2.4A. We wrote our own kill switch into the agreement, because a closer you cannot fire is not an asset. No base, no monthly management fee by default, and nothing closed means nothing owed. Pipeline first. You close the first ones. Then the closer takes a calendar that already fills.
Ask 03Which desk should Alba staff first?
Station 05 · Keep it running
The problem isn't launch. The problem is week six, when nobody owns the feedback.
How we make money
The caller columns match. That is the whole point.
So where do we make money?
On two lines beside the caller, itemised so you can see them. The dialer is $299 a caller a month. The data is $299. Both carry our margin. They are not free, and we do not pretend they are.
Then the bigger payday. Once the pipeline is producing, a UK closer walks onto it and is paid from what they collect. That is the part we actually want, which is why the pipeline underneath has to be real rather than busy.
The caller at cost is a favour. The favour has a motive.
The caller is the line an agency marks up hardest. Ours goes through at what we pay.
Onboarding
The range is measured. The only variable is your approvals.
The decision
Start with one rung. Expand when the line can carry it.
The leave-behind
That is the one we fix.
The prices are on albatalent.io/pricing. Every one of them.
Scott Goodman, Founder, Alba Talent. Callers in Cairo. Closers from the UK. The caller goes through at what they cost us. The margin is on the dialer and the data. The money is in the closer.
